Adrenalin Adventures – “Take a Walk on the Wild Side” Most of the people you see in everyday life never get their pulse rate above 140 except when they see a tasty bit of fried cheese being given away from the free sample lady at your local grocery store or membership club discounter. This is not, and will never be us, but we have to prove it from time to time. Topics include: Bungee Jumping, Kayaking, Mountain and Rock Climbing, Hang-Gliding, Paragliding, Rappelling, Skydiving, etc. |

Adventure Expeditions – “Hope I Packed My Map” I think we’ve all wanted to be a great explorer at some point in our life. While there is no doubt that a lot of the “big ones” have already been knocked off, there is nothing wrong with retracing the steps. It’s not your fault they had a couple of hundred years head start on you, go see for yourself! Topics include: Safaris, Jungle Exploring, Archeological Expeditions, Arctic Trips, Nature Trips, Orienteering, Extended Cycling or Trekking Tours, Rogaining. Etc. |

Adventure Fitness – “Let’s Get Physical” Halfway up a mountain is no time to find out that you are out of shape! Here’s your one stop shop for all things fitness related. Topics include: Running, Athletic Training, Weight Training, Group Fitness, Sports Nutrition and Swimming |

Adventures of the Mind – “How About Some Brain Candy?” Not every adventure involves pushing your body past the breaking point in a crazy remote location. Remember when mom forced you to do your homework when all you wanted to do was go outside and play? As much as we hate to admit it, she may have been on to something. Let’s get smart people! While we’re at it, might as well pick up some culture and assorted “skills” that will impress and amaze. Topics include: Art, Culture, Yoga, Wine, Cooking, Visiting Historic Sites, Ecotourism, Educational Programs, etc. |
